Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing an essential component
- Materially different from the product ordered
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery wherever reasonably possible.
Please provide:
- Order Number
- Details of the issue
- Clear photographs or video of the product
- Photographs of the packaging where relevant
After verification, an eligible replacement, return or refund may be arranged.
Returns
Eligible return requests should normally be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, returned products should normally be:
- Unused
- Unaltered
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Complete with all supplied accessories or components
Medical, Dental and Surgical Instruments
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, sterilised, contaminated or altered may not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.
This does not affect any rights available to customers under applicable law where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, we will inform the customer about the refund status.
Approved refunds will normally be initiated to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns where permitted.
Where a return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by us, applicable shipping costs will be handled accordingly.
